At Nonno Books, our mission is to help children discover the beauty, truth, and love of the Catholic faith through warm, meaningful stories that bring families closer to God and to one another.
We believe children learn best through wonder, imagination, and gentle moments shared with the people they love most. Through stories about the Holy Trinity, Jesus, Mary, the Rosary, the Eucharist, Adoration, prayer, and the saints, we aim to plant seeds of faith that will remain in children's hearts for a lifetime.
Every Nonno Books story is created to comfort, inspire, teach, and remind children that they are deeply loved by God — and never alone.
Our Story
Nonno Books was born from a grandparent's heart — a desire to pass on the Catholic faith to the next generation through the most natural and powerful vehicle there is: a story.
We believe that children understand the world through wonder, and that the truths of our faith are full of it. The Holy Trinity, the Real Presence, the lives of the Saints — these are not abstract concepts to memorize. They are alive, beautiful, and waiting to be discovered through the eyes of a child.
Our First Book
"The Sun, The Light, and the Warmth" is our debut title. Using the sun — something every child gazes at with awe — we walk little readers through the mystery of the Holy Trinity. One sun, yet three gifts: the sun itself (the Father), the light it sends (the Son), and the warmth we feel (the Holy Spirit). Three experiences of the same source. Three Persons, One God.
Simple. True. Beautiful. Just as a grandfather would tell it.
