The Rosary is more than repeating prayers. It is a way of walking through the life of Jesus with Mary.
But staying focused on each mystery can be difficult. Sometimes the Hail Marys continue while the mind drifts somewhere else.
This guide is designed to help. For each mystery, you will find simple ideas for what to picture, consider, pray about, and focus on during the decade.
You do not need to use every suggestion. Choose one thought, one Scripture verse, one image, or one question and remain with it as you pray. If your mind wanders, simply return to the mystery.

Before each decade: Pause. Read the mystery. Picture the scene. Choose one thought. Begin praying.
You may visualize the Gospel scene, focus on Jesus, notice Mary, hold onto a Scripture verse, examine your own life, or offer the decade for someone who needs prayer.
The goal is not to have a perfect meditation.
The goal is simply to spend time with Jesus.
