Contact a parish and explain your sacramental history. You will normally receive formation appropriate to your age and circumstances before completing the remaining Sacraments of Initiation.
Received First Communion but Never Confirmed
You can prepare for adult Confirmation through your parish. The length and structure of preparation varies by parish and diocese.
Baptized and Confirmed but Have Been Away for Years
You normally do not repeat Baptism or Confirmation. If you are returning after years away, speak with a priest about returning to Mass and the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
